These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Printora Digital website and any quote, order, or service you request from us. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided through our website, email, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change once final artwork, quantities, materials, or specifications are confirmed. Quoted prices are not final until an order is formally confirmed in writing.
Minimum order quantities
Unless otherwise agreed, our standard minimum order quantity is 250 units per design. Pricing and lead times vary by product, quantity, and specification.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for production do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. We will provide a digital proof for your review and written approval before production begins. Once a proof is approved, any errors present in the approved proof (including spelling, color, or layout) become the customer's responsibility, though we will always flag anything that looks like it may be a mistake before proceeding.
Production and lead times
Standard turnaround is typically 12–14 business days after proof approval, though this can vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production volume. Lead times communicated to you are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly confirmed in writing for your specific order.
Payment
Payment terms (including deposits and balance due dates) will be confirmed with you directly for each order. Production will not begin until any required deposit has been received.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated transit times will be provided as part of your order confirmation. Once goods are handed to a shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage in transit is subject to the carrier's terms; we will assist with claims where possible but are not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier.
Product use and compliance
Certain packaging types (such as child-resistant bags) are manufactured to meet general industry specifications for their category. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the packaging they order meets all applicable laws and regulations in their specific jurisdiction and for their specific product before use.
Cancellations and changes
Orders may be cancelled or changed only before production has started. Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified, as materials and printing are custom to your specifications.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Printora Digital's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site or its content. All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Printora Digital unless otherwise noted.
